Two experienced and creative Chefs from Denmark - Thomas Weismann and Allan Andersen are invited to make a two Chef Scandinavian cuisine show at the restaurant "La Boheme". Traditional Scandinavian lunch and dinner delicacies will appear on the menu cards during the week.
There will be the “Opening Evening” of the Scandinavian Cuisine Week with a casual Scandinavian dinner on October 15 and the “Mermaid’s Evening”, a fine Scandinavian dinner on October 16.
